Welcome to Golden Years Law Support. These Terms of Service govern your use of the website hosted at goldyearsls.com. This document is effective as of 2025. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Scope of Services

Golden Years Law Support provides legal advisory and support services specifically tailored to seniors. Our offerings include personalized consultations, document preparation, digital guides, educational tutorials, and physical workbooks or resource kits.

2. Appointment and Scheduling

Consultations may be scheduled through our online platform or by contacting our office. Requests to reschedule are accepted up to 24 hours before the appointment at no extra charge. Any change requested less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a modification fee.

3. Fees and Payment Methods

All fees for services, digital content, and physical materials must be paid in full prior to delivery. We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic transfers. Fees quoted at the time of booking remain valid unless modified in writing by Golden Years Law Support.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Senior Legal Services

Clients may cancel scheduled consultations at least 48 hours before the appointment for a full refund. Cancellations between 48 and 24 hours prior to the appointment are eligible for a 50% refund. No reimbursement will be issued for cancellations requested less than 24 hours before the appointment or once work on legal documents has commenced, due to preparatory efforts and resource allocation.

4.2 Digital Guides and Tutorials

Digital products are delivered via a download link sent to the client’s email address. Orders may be cancelled within 7 calendar days or until download begins, whichever occurs first. After the download link has been activated, no refund can be granted. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.

4.3 Physical Materials

Physical items, such as printed workbooks or resource kits, may be shipped back in their original condition within 14 calendar days of delivery. Clients are responsible for shipping expenses. A 10% restocking fee applies to all approved reimbursements, which are processed within 14 business days of receipt of the materials sent back. Materials sent back after 14 calendar days will not be accepted.

5. Changes to These Terms

Golden Years Law Support reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective upon posting on this website. Continued use of our site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
